I believe it was my idea to convert GMS/P into DSII, and someone else
helped 
me come up with stats. Basically:

The GMS/P can be used to replace a rifle element's IAVR's, but at an
extra 
cost: 5 points for basic FireCon, 10 for enhanced, 15 for superior.  12"

range, resolve the To Hit like any other GMS, on a hit draw 2 chits, and
use 
the same validities as an IAVR.
