SG2 Scenario Repository Needed?

Subject: SG2 Scenario Repository Needed?
The 15mm Scale thread has me thinking about an idea I've had for a
while. I
know that several web sites have SG2 scenarios on them. Is there a need
for a
repository of well balanced SG2 scenarios, and scenario design ideas?
I have found that the hardest thing about SG2 is coming up with
scenarios that
are well balanced the first time out. Okay, I have played enough games
to know
that this is ALWAYS a problem. Unless you're doing an even point meeting
engagement where both sides have similar force design philosophies, it's
hard
to come up with a scenario balanced out of the gate. I imagine the
scenarios
in my old Avalon Hill board games went through a lot of playtesting
themselves, too. I'm not sure there is anyone way around this. A point
system
for SG2 would help, but not as much as some people think (most of my
scenarios
have one obviously superior force with difficult objectives; it's almost
impossible for a point system to take this into account).
So, I guess what I'm asking is this:
Is there a need for a SG2 scenario repository?
Do we already have enough resources like this on the web and I just
haven't
paid enough attention (I know the Unofficial SG2 site has some scenarios
and
house rules)?
Are there enough people with scenarios that we could have a reasonable
collection on the web?
