Actually, FAE ( Fuel-Air Explosives) are considerably more powerful then
a 
normal arty strike. During the Cold War, there was talk of not being
able to 
use them in Europe during the Big One (TM), because they might be
mistaken 
for tactical nukes.
There does need to be some way of representing them in DSII, maybe a 
half-size nuke, without the rad effects...
