Usually I hold with literal translation of the scripture, but in
this case I think a paraphrase is better:

"Thou Shalt Not interrupt St^3 Jon as he worketh upon the Fleet
Book, for shouldst thou do so, verily, thy brethern of the list
shall turn upon thee and rend thee, and Narn Bat Squads shall be
sent upon thee in battalions and regiments, and thou shalt be
shredded, minced, yea and emulsified.  And, after the Fleet Book
is published, thou shalt be free to hound him ceaselessly about
FMA, or the Scenario Book if that be thy desire, for all thou
shalt interrupt in that case is St^3 Jon's life, to the extent
that he has one anyway, forsooth."
