Fronts Lines and Perfect General II

Hi,
Has anyone done any thing about converting Front Lines and Perfect
General II 
units into DSII stats or has a manual or other informations on either of
the 
games?	I resantly got both of the games and I'm looking for info on how
they 
resolve combat and the movement costs.
