RE: Decals

It would be nice to just have a large selection to choose from and let
the 
user decide if they like CH or CA.  Just give me choices! :-)

I would suggest CH for Heavy Cruiser because I have seen CA also be used
for
Fleet Auxiliary Cruisers. Same thing for Heavy (Attack) Carriers CVH.
