Hmmm, shouldn't be too difficult to handle, though we'd have to play
around with
a two offset printing layers.  

However, I was mostly thinking of text either just for the bases (all
white on a
black base) or the names of ships. (so tiny that kind of shadow wouldn't
show up
well)
