RE: [FT] fleet colour schemes (picts wanted) (long)

We're missing a few new fleets in this list, the Islamic Federation,
the OU, the New Israelis, and the Phalons.

IF     - white with green details/wings
OU     - orange and anything goes
NI     - blue or green.  Noam has quite a few images off his pages.
Phalon - I really don't want to know.
