Rememberance of The Daleks is IMO the best show to 
base Dalek warriors on as it was the most hard SF
version of the Daleks.

The Special Heavy Weapons Dalek is used to eliminate the
rival Dalek faction, it blows up three or four rival
Daleks in one blast. Looks like a plasma cannon or big
powergun.

Normal Daleks are impervious to 1960's Rifle Grenade rounds and
SLR/SMG fire.

For Dalek weapons I'd use the powergun rules from Slammin The
Dirt.
