Unfortunately there's got to be a downside to everything ;)

So far we haven't found this problem, even with cap-2's which are the
perfect size to be recharged every turn. In the campaign we're playing
my
most cost effective ships are little guys with only a cap-2 and
projector
on board.

Well we only use vector so we haven't run into a major arc problem,
guess
it could be a bigger issue in cinematic.
