Subject: [FT] Crew Quality
Anyone have ideas on how to work crew quality ratings? Some
possibilities:
Side with higher quality crew gets +1 to initiative die
Higher quality gets more DCP's
Vary range of weapons by +/- 1" per 12" (eg a Beam 3 would have range
36 normally--but an Inept crew would have range 30, a Poor one range
33, a Good crew can pick you off at 39" and Excellent reaches out to
42")
Others?
