    If 1 Fleet Book mass is equal to 100 metric tons then 1 CC is equal
to 4
metric tons, 1 DSD capacity point is the same as a CC.	1 DS capacity is
equal to 4 metric tons.  A size 1 vehicle is 20 metric tons (1 size = 5
