As an expatriate Californian, I take exception to that.  Everyone knows
disco was New York's fault.  I admit LA was responsible for a lot of bad
glam-metal in the 80s, but I won't take the rap for disco (no pun
intended).

Anyhow, does FCT have particular national design criteria involving Big
Hair
or surfboards, maybe?  Is "Free" Cal-Tex actually independent of NAC, or
is
it an autonomous region within it?
