Ahh... unless the fissionable material is embedded on the inside of a
shell
of memory plastic. Given a trigger signal, the memory plastic
contracts...
bringing the fissionables into contact at high speed. Memory plastic
(which, of course, blocks radiation) and the control circuit couldn't
weigh
too much...
