Kaybee Toys and Toy Liquidators are owned by the same company, and in
many places, Toy Liquidators outlets are being re-named as Kaybee Toys
stores.

However, the Toy Liquidators version of Kaybee Toys is (at least in my
own experience) only found in outlet malls (like Birch Run, if you are
in Michigan) and has a significantly different selection from the Kaybee
Toy store you will find in regular, enclosed shopping malls.

I prefer Toy Liquidators, when I can get to one. Where else will you
find Battle for Hoth kits for $4.95, and Corgi and Solido 1/43 die-cast
military and civilian vehicles for 1/3 their list price?
