What about Upperstate NY, & VT....... we're always talking about 
succeeding from the union...... funny how some more federal dollars
keeps 
that from happening ;) ..... but I'd suspect that you could have another

interesting fight in the green mountains.   Good opportunity for 
guerrilla warfare.
