Guided tours, when the building is safe (sanitized), are granted to any

all who show the slightest interest in the event.    These persons are
taken
everywhere, shown everything, touch many things, and generally allowed
to
destroy evidence everywhere they go.  And after the Dog and Pony, show

more evidence is collected!!   And you need to ask why each thinks
