Yep.  You can find my Earthforce Sourcebook - Fleet Book conversion
rules

It has masses and costs for Heavy Beam Systems that fit into the Fleet
Book
construction rules.  If you are interested, I also have the basic
warships
from the EFSB online in Fleet Book format.
