	Well, I had to start somewhere.  Since none of the
	FT books mention how many colonies any of the
	empires has, I arbitrarily chose a 10 parsec radius.
	I threw out all the spectral class M stars, and
	tried to divy up the remainder.

	I made a half-hearted attempt to put empires in
	contact where major battles were said to have occured.

	I used a prototype 3-d rotation program to work out
	the boundarys of the empires.

	But all of it is by guess or by golly.	Feel free
	to change things around.
