Actually, that's a fabulous idea. And the low level of taxation
present would appeal to most of the Mercs and Companies too. And the
fact that anyone who ever wants to hire a merc (or might) will not
want to offend the Lichtenstein government for fear of being
'blacklisted'. I like that!
Now, Grand Cayman might still be one of the world's offshore banking
capitals.... although one wonders if there might be 'offworld'
banking capitals in the same fashion in 2285....
