RE: Commissars

Commissars are an interesting idea. Of course this brings up the nasty
idea in my mind of FAKE Commisars. Troops trained to take orders from a
uniform will take orders from anybody in that uniform.IIRC the Germans
did this to the US forces (dressed as MPs) in the early stages of the
Battle of the Bulge.
It would be great fun to field a commisar of your own if going up
against ESU forces.
At the very least it would spread confusion.;-)
