Which is why the Royal Australian Air Force is the proud possessor of 2
Mil-24B "HIND-B" Helicopter Gunships, and 2 Mil-8C "HIP" Armed
transports.
Intercepted in Oz when the Sandline deal went belly-up. Have a look at
some of the archives of Australian newspapers, you'll find a lot of
detail on this story, which is over 1 year old now.
