No surprise there -- Brookhurst's customer service is non-existent.
Even though they're the exclusive US distributor for a bunch of British
miniature figure manufacturers, they don't see the need to actually
distribute anything (perhaps they have too many good in-store games
going
on). In my experience, it takes at least 3 months to get an order
filled,
assuming the order doesn't get lost.
