OK, Ill give it a go.

Which one? There are so many.
These rules work pretty much like all the other FT systems:
--Pulse Cannons are represented by beam batteries.
--There is a Heavy Energy Beam Weapon that needs recharging and doles
out heaps 'o damage.
--The younger powers use true vector movement, the Minbari use a version
of the normal FT rules.
--Interceptors work like screens and can be set to shoot down fighters.
--It uses a new and unique damage system. It's not totally disimilar
than the FT system, but their are some noticable differences.
--Fighter rules have some new goodies.

> Does it cover the Shadows and Old Ones?

No, the scope of the game occurs years before the Shadows became
an
issue.

	Narn, Centauri, Minbari.
