Weekly turns is about the pace that any GM would want to run a
game.  It can go quicker if you have good tools and a simpler
game.

Re: a non-refereed game.  There is an e-mail dice-server.  I can look
for the address again, but it is getting wide use for E-mail FRP games
and other PBeM wargames.  Sending orders may be a bit difficult for
simultaneous movement.	The dice server sends random die rolls to
one or more e-mail addresses with your own added comments.
