I would love to have other outsiders be able to lurk in 
on the tournament, but the data would need to be held
confidential.  There are confidential aspects of player's
fleet designs that would radically change an opponent's
tactics.  My objective is for a player to make tactical 
changes as best he can in the midst of the game.
