The Swiss? Maybe. They'll still be armed to the teeth, probably, still
independant, bankers for anyone...maybe a few colonies, or a large
ex-pat
community spread thru space...

What about the Red Cross? Hospital ships helping struggling colonies,
running the inevitable refugee camps, supervising PoW stuff, all the
usual, but in an interstellar enviroment like everything else? I can see
gleaming white spaceships with big red crosses on the side being the
Swiss' main presence in space.

And Luxembourg (and Belgium) would probably be FSE member states, albiet
minor ones, well dominated by France.
