Empress Arianna's Second FT PBeM Tournament - Call for players/GMs

The Empress Arianna has issued a proclamation for a 
second naval tournament.

Three slots are available in a sixteen player single
elimination tournament. Players design and submit 
a 2000 pt fleet for FT naval simulation using limited
intelligence rules.

I am also looking for one ot two GMs to assist with 
the first round of the tournament, handling one or 
two matches. 

Fleet design and deployment are due August 8th.
Match play will be conducted by weekly turns, beginning
Friday, August 15th.  The complete four round tournament
will take about one year to complete for the finalists
at a weekly turn rate.
