Every time I order something from abroad, there are two major sources of

hassle and extra costs: banks and customs.

When I pay with my VISA, banks don't bother me.
When I order from within EU, customs don't bother me.

But if I have to choose one or the other, I'll take the hassle with 
customs. Because they DO take credit cards.
