	Basically, the pluse cannons are represented by beam batts. 
(Who's 
B5 rules don't use the same system).  Plasma cannons are rpresented by 
the pluse torpedo.
	Now that I think about it, I really want to keep it as simple as

possible.  I'll drop the plasma cannons and stick to standard guns.
