@:) Bio-ElectroMagnetic Energy capable of disrupting the systems on a
@:) targeted ship. The effect of being struck by the Pulse is to
@:) force an immediate thresh hold check at whatever level the target
@:) ship is currently on (6 for the first line, 5-6 for the second,
@:) etc.)
Interesting (though very very nasty). What might fit the name of
this particular special effect somewhat better would be a weapon that
damages only the crew of a ship. The ship would take no damage in
this case, but (for example) be prevented from moving or firing next
turn (or perhaps one or the other). This would the Sa'Vasku a type of
weapon lacked by the other races, which would make sense since they're
so old and so weird.
