AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! I hate the thing as much as the rest of you   
guys. I spoke to our tech heads here who have told me its the gateway we
  
use and that it will be changed shortly. I therefore I apologies to   
everybody out there in E-mail land for my unfortunate situation.
