Well, it's modern day reality. You do realize 
that war involve messy politics and conflict 
right? Wargamers should at least nod towards that 
reality.

Talk to folks who've been on peace keeping 
missions. It's not milk and honey and the UN has 
a LOT of corruption that is brought to the table. 
And the stilted ROE, that's a factor that they've 
had to deal with. I've had some long and drawn 
out conversations with a Canadian Friend who got 
to work in the Israel/Palestine/West Bank/Golan 
area. Complex, messy and distasteful doesn't 
begin to describe such things.
