"Six wheel, skid-steer vehicle" That description calls to mind the
moon buggies from Space:1999.

At 14000pounds, it will be bigger, but the skid-steer aspect clearly
indicates a vehicle that is not much longer than it is wide

For those that cannot call to mind a skid steer vehicle, those little
Bobcat loaders are skid steer.	While there may be a suspension, the
wheels do not steer, and the vehicle is steered by having the two
sides run at different speeds.	I have to assume that tire wear is
excessive, but it makes it easier to design for heavy loads.

If it isn't a nuclear powered, tracked vehicle, it is not an ogre.
However, it does qualify as an early BOLO.
