On 7/13/07, Doug Evans <devans@nebraska.edu> cried out:
By the way, anyone have an AAR? If I can't get a game up, I'd purely
appreciate a vicarious thrill...
Hell, I'd read a gropo rambling with gratitude!
I've got recent three AARs. Two are from a couple of Flames of War
games, the other from a FT3 playtest session Noam and I just had.
FT3 Playtest session: I flew some ships, Noam flew some ships. We
closed obliquely. Weapons fired. Things blew up. We drifted apart a bit.
My ships (thrust-4) tried desperately to swing around. Noam's ships
(thrust-6) didn't try as desperately to swing around. ;-) More weapons
fired. More things blew up or got hurt REAL bad. Streaming atmo, Noam's
ships decided it might be time to vacate the region. My ships, streaming
less atmo, continued to try and turn in. Game over.
More details to be posted on the playtest list as soon as Noam has a
moment to compile the notes. :-)
FoW. this is probably not the right forum for it. ;-) But if you're
really wanting to read, pop over to here:
