[GZG] [SG] NSL 25mm heavy weapons?

I want some heavy weapons teams for my 25mm NSL troops (armoured ones,
not jaegers).

I've got some of those 15mm guns that were recently released, and I
know there is a jaeger mortar group. And I can probably talk Jon into
getting me some mortars without jaeger crew.

What would be suitable figures to kitbash as crew for these weapons?
As far as I know I just have some figs(somewhere hidden deep in a box)
standing/walking and shooting regular guns.
