Well, given that there was, IIRC, an "Adolf Hitler" division and a
"Stalin" tank design, I'm forced to say that you have a point.	But
let's not name them after villains.

Also, you suggested:
FT-243 ESU Light Carrier (CVL)	    Zhengsheng class (Righteous
victory)
FT-237 New Escort Cruiser	    Mingsheng class (Clear victory)

It seems likely that they'd have Ming Sheng as a ship within the Zheng
Sheng class of ships, rather than being a separate class.
