I always use direct cash payments via paypal since I don't have an
actual
"Revolving Charge Credit Card" [that may change since the government is
insisting we 'travel' as part of the job and the Agency insists we use
the government credit card for expenses for 'official' travel] but
instead I use a 'bank check access card' with a Visa logo that acts as a
credit card (no pin) or debit card (pin) both - the difference is
transparent to me since there are no fees for either transaction
although
the protection factor differs between the two modes.
Gracias,
Glenn
