Which is why it can work fairly well as a PC game: the enemy is a bunch
of
'dumb' robots. You can build a game like that, as sort of solitaire, but
you have to write rules for the target force to be robots.

It seems the game of hunting bugs I run was simple to figure out, as the
bugs are stupid but fast. Working out even a relative inept army, with
individuals showing occasional flashes of inspiration, would seriously
be
difficult.

I've mentioned before playing in blind games, with each side getting
it's
own maps, but it seems an awesome burden on the GM.
