velocity. A lucky NB x 2 hit on a capital ship means that the now
exactly
predictable target gets all the SMs available within range next turn. A
true Missile Magnet. Assuming the tactical situation requires/allows
such
targeting (if you are not counting ships destroyed versus damaged or if
ship loss is a minor factor in the scenario and the ship exits the board
next turn it may be 'last priority' as opposed to a scenario when ship
damage is critical and the ship is approaching beam range of your troop
transports.
