has some further problem that wasn't clear until 
it was too late.

I'm not arguing with that however, loyalties
can't be underestimated either. It is all too
easy for the western mind to over look the
effect religious and cultural connections on
someone immersed within it. In short NCOs
do your job and check on your troops....
