It doesn't have to be "cheap", it just needs to be cost effective when
you
factor in the kill ratio, cost of training, cost of countermeasures,
etc.

And it's kind of hard to judge how expensive things will be in 20 years,
much less 180.	Vaccheads will expend a FTL frigate without batting an
eye...
