Seriously, there's nothing rank about the two boxes I've built. They're
both over a year old now, and you can't tell they've ever held pizza.

I cleaned them up, let them dry out for a week or three, then painted
them
up. No grease stains, no damage to the cardboard, and no sign (a year
later) of any pizza reminders.
