The open source stuff on the WotC website is for the core mechanics of
the
RPG, and they have two versions, one for the D20 "modern" game, and one
for
the D20 "fantasy" game (D&D).

They have NO open source campaign/genre specific material, except what
comes with the D&D stuff (which is very little - mostly spell names,
monster stuff, etc).

So, if you want the core mechanics for stuff like psionics, skills,
character creation, combat, etc., for the RPG, you can get it from WotC
-
but that won't include any changes that the Traveller publishers
included.
T20 isn't a WotC product, afterall.

If you want specific Traveller material from the d20 version (they call
T20... I have it kicking around here someplace), and/or stuff like space
ship designs, etc., you have to get the book or find someone who has put
it
online illegally....
