Just so happens I was looking at the German Aeronefs from Brigade...

Scale-wise, they're 1/1200.  As for physical dimensions, many have their

dimesions listed on the web site.  E.g., the German Blucher Dreadnought 
is 85mm long, and on the smaller end you have the German SA15 Patrol Nef

at 35mm long.
