[OT] Hjerkinn Clusterbomb incident

Hi all,
anybody on the list from Norway who can tell me more about the 
(political) problems that were caused by dropping clusterbombs at 
Hjerkinn range (off list). I heard that there were big troubles, but 
would like to know some more about it because well....
been there, seen that, cleared the UXOs.
