Beast suggested that system defense boats aren't usually seen as a
bargain,
but I tend to disagree--as long as you bear in mind that they're
essentially fixed defenses.  If your opponent have commerce raiders etc
wandering about, then you'll need a squadron of something in every
system,
so you may as well have them be non-FTL ships.
