[ARCHIVES] Passing the Torch

Hi everybody,

Roger Burton West has graciously agreed to take over stewardship of the
GZG-L Archives.  He's putting the final touches on it, and he'll be
announcing the new URL shortly.

I'll keep my copy of the archives up for another couple of weeks before
I shut everything down and rebuild my pages.  

So, thanks a lot Roger, and everybody, please be gentle with him.  
(8-)  The GZGPedia and GZG-ECC websites will still be under my care,
so, I'm not going to completely disappear from the GZG world:
