Sounds like an old Yaquinto board game :) Let me know when you are in
the San
Francisco/Sacramento area and I'll have my second contact yours.
Likewise if I
make it to the frozen North, arrangements will be made.

8" Howitzers at 50m sounds likely...

Mr. Brown,
You've just joined Mr. Laserlight on the "List of
Those Who Must Pay" (details of the payment
left to the imagination). Beer game indeed....
although Raiders of the Lost Ale seems worthy
of integrating into the mix. This would make for
an excellent FMAS demo event. Add to which it
would let us start with the classic fantasy
adventure beginning:

Players: We're ready.
GM: Finally. Okay, you're in a bar.
Players: Not again....
GM: And someone looks at you kinda funny.
A Player (don't matter who, but one always
does): I hit him with a chair.
GM: Ding! Barfight round 1!
