Hi,

While you are waiting for v4, a lad named Jesse Spears can sell you
the most recent version of Harpoon III (3.4.11), which runs on Mac,
Mac OS X and Windows.

BTW, I wouldn't hold your breath for v4. It has been in development
since 1997 (by SSI - remember them?)
